Guru Madrasah

 Di Indonesia gaji guru sangat tidak layak apalagi guru honorer di tingkat dasar dan madrasah diniyah. Kadang ada yang digaji satu bulan seratus ribu itupun perlu menunggu tiga bulan untuk dicairkan. Fakta ini menyedihkan sekali. 


Namun tahukah anda bahwa ada fakta yang lebih menyedihkan, yaitu para guru tersebut dengan gaji yang sangat memperihatinkan, mereka juga harus disibukkan dengan kegiatan seremonial tidak penting berkedok arisan para guru. 


Mulai dari pertemuan rutinan angjangsana, kunjungan pengawas kecamatan, bahkan tidak sedikit yayasan "memotong" gaji guru di bawah naungan mereka atas nama sedekah untuk mesjid. 


Suatu ketika saya pernah salat Jumat di suatu mesjid yang di sana ada madrasah diniyah. Takmir mesjid dengan gagah mengumumkan bahwa madrasah kami menyumbang untuk mesjid ini senilai sekian juta dari iuran para guru. 


Padahal saya tahu sendiri seorang kawan bekerja di sana dan satu bulan digaji 150. Ribu rupiah. Dan itupun harus rela dipotong atas nama uang infak. Ini adalah bentuk kezaliman dan kelak hisabnya berat sekali di akhirat.
